Orgalim is the trade association representing Europe’s technology industries. Our members are at the cutting edge of innovation and manufacture many of the products and technologies the world needs for the green and digital transitions.
Orgalim’s team in Brussels is made up of over 30 people from 18 different nationalities. We work with members, stakeholders and policymakers to strengthen our industries’ growth and competitiveness, as well as their contribution to the European Union’s policy agenda.
The Orgalim Communications and Events Department manages the day-to-day communications of the organisation. This includes, but is not limited to, managing the website and LinkedIn pages, managing member communications, running campaigns, organising internal and external events, running and promoting our webinars, promoting the speaking engagements of our DG and team members, and amplifying our organisation’s policy and advocacy work.
This is a great opportunity for someone to join a dynamic team, in the heart of EU lobbying, at an exciting point of the legislative cycle.

Candidate qualities:
You should be solution oriented, good with people, practical and proactive. We are particularly interested in someone who has good graphic design skills and is familiar with platforms such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design, as well as someone comfortable with – or able to learn – digital platforms such as Go To Webinar. In addition, we are looking for someone who has good attention to detail and works well independently and cooperatively in a team, with an interest in European politics and policy communications.
